This preset is called “Blue Shadows” and it allows you to convert your photos to black & white with a hint of blue in the shadows. It works with Lightroom 4, 5, 6, and CC. The preset is part of PhotographyPla.net’s set of Vintage Mono Lightroom Presets, which includes 20 different presets.
